Smokey Shrimp Bisque

Some people may refer to soup as an appetizer as "building a meal on a lake" but a good soup should build the anticipation for the main course...as does Smokey Shrimp Bisque!

20 Med shrimp
10 cloves garlic
1/2 C finely grated Muenster Cheese
1 pt cream
6 cherry tomatoes
3 green onions
2T olive oil
1 t Fresh finely chopped basil
1t fresh, finely chopped Rosemary
Clean and peel shrimp. Peel garlic. Grill garlic and shrimp for 3 minutes (preferably over charcoal, not gas). Cut cherry tomatoes into fourths. Chop green onion into inch long pieces. Sauté` tomatoes, onion, Basil and Rosemary in olive oil over medium heat for three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream and slowly stir in cheese. Raise heat to medium high. Once cream begins to boil, reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally until cream begins to thicken. Add shrimp and garlic. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Serves 4.
